Dr. Rachel Marston, inspired by her mother who is a speech pathologist, pursued a career in audiology to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through improved hearing. Dr. Marston received her Bachelor’s in Speech-Language-Hearing Science from the University of Minnesota and her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. With over a decade of experience, she excels in providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Her thorough and compassionate approach ensures optimal communication outcomes.

Outside of work, Dr. Marston enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, has a passion for art, once remodeled a vintage motor boat, and loves camping, provided there is electricity.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR – OFFICE MANAGER

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a strong background in medical billing and administrative support. Originally educated in France, she studied Commerce, Administration, and Tourism with a focus on customer service, providing her with a unique international perspective and a deep passion for helping others.

At Audiology of Apex, she takes great pride in supporting both patients and Dr. Marston. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is witnessing the life-changing impact of hearing care—especially when patients are able to reconnect with loved ones after treatment.

She values teamwork, compassion, and respect in every aspect of her work. Outside the office, she enjoys Zumba classes and has a love for wine and cheese—a passion rooted in her French upbringing. A fun fact: she once harvested grapes at a renowned vineyard in Burgundy.
